  • 1. Can I get a quote by phone?

    Yes… we can estimate a quote over the phone until we see the property and settle on final/agreed pricing.

  • 2. How do you determine rates?

    Pricing is determined by the size of the property and services desired.

  • 3. How long will it take to clean my property?

    The average residential cleaning requires two – four hours, depending on the size and conditions of the property.


    Please note: first-time cleaning usually requires some extra

    time.

  • 4. How many people will clean my property?

    The team size depends on the size of the property and scope of work, but usually we have no more than three people cleaning each property.

  • 5. Do I need to provide any supplies or tools?

    No… we arrive with all the equipment and supplies needed to complete your job and the cost of these are included in the agreed quote provided.

  • 6. Do I need to be at the location when White Glove Inspection arrives to work?

    No… we can accommodate your needs with various options for how we enter and exit your property and we will make arrangements according to your needs and instructions.

  • 7. Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes… White Glove Inspection is a fully licensed and insured business.

  • 8. Are your employees uniformed?

    Yes… the appearance and attitude of our employees is very important to White Glove Inspection.

    Yes… we can provide references upon request.
